Working with Angela has greatly helped me in a number of ways. Primarily by helping to re shape my past self destructive habits and form a much healthier long lasting relationship to how I eat. In addition it has been engaging and highly informative regarding healthy foods to try, and which foods keep you fuller for longer. All in all I’m looking at food and my weight loss goal in a more positive manner, rather than depriving myself as I’ve done in the past. I have learned new strategies which I can implement to achieve results going forward. I’m lighter, happier and much more focused, and on top of that it’s been lots of fun. Anne

I’ve started to make healthier choices, that I would never have made before, & I’m doing this because I want to. Its life changing & eye opening. I lost over 1 stone in weight. I completely changed my ‘ways’ of eating, my food choices, eating slowly and honouring hunger, being the best version of me. Making time for myself.. being FUN! laughing, being silly and not taking life so seriously. Loving myself – treating my body well. The process was so enjoyable & completely manageable, even with a hectic family life/work balance. You have to be open to make the changes yourself, & Angela helps to guide and coach you through. Life changing – really changed my mindset on full health and wellbeing.

I initially wanted to learn to eat healthily and lose some weight through the programme, but Angela helped me realise that my concerns were deeper than that. I realised that my goal was really to be more in control. And yes, ten weeks in I am eating healthier and have lost some weight. But more importantly, I am feeling confident in taking control of meal planning, feeding my family, becoming the parent/ relative/ friend/loved one I want to be and being the best version of me that I can be.

This course equips you with tools to help you stay focused to enable you to make healthier better choices for you. I feel equipped to think in a new way and have shifted to a new baseline. I think differently about food and have a better understanding of the nourishment my body needs. I have come so far already! Angela is easy to speak to and has a calming and positive nature; she always helps me to see genuine wins and celebrate my success.

Through the sessions, Angela has helped me to understand that to be the best I can be for loved ones, I have to look after myself.
