3 Month

Health and Wellbeing Transformation

This is a 12 week journey where we go from clearly defining your health and wellbeing goals to making them achievable. This programme is suited to you if:

  • You know something has to change; you may want to increase your energy, to reduce the stress levels you have, to lose weight, to gain confidence, or “just to feel better”
  • You want to reach your goals by making changes to your lifestyle habits that are going to last; you want a lifestyle change rather than a “quick fix”
  • You are open to recognising and exploring the obstacles preventing you reaching your goals, and a have a desire to overcome them

I think that sometimes we don’t realise just how good we can feel and opt for the current situation because that is “as good as it gets”.  In this programme we have time together to make lasting lifestyle changes so that you change your approach to your health and wellbeing, reach your goals and ultimately feel better.

One of my fundamental beliefs is that any changes we make must fit with you and YOUR life; everyone has different desires, expectations and commitments and by working on an individual basis we can tailor the changes we make to you.

The topics we cover will very much depend on you as an individual; I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Examples of topics we could cover include  aspects of basic nutrition, learning what foods suit your particular body type, mindful eating, movement, sleep, managing stress and mindset. We explore these to a depth that is appropriate for you.

The programme comprises 12 sessions, once a week for an hour. All sessions will be carried out online (via “Zoom” a programme similar to Skype).

Improve your sleep

  • Do you have trouble sleeping? 
  • Maybe you have trouble getting to sleep, or you get woken up in the night and can’t get back to sleep?
  • Have you been diagnosed with insomnia?

Sleep is a fundamental pillar of our health and as such, difficulties with sleep can have far-reaching effects on different aspects of our lives. 

I offer a specific service for people who have difficulty sleeping, and can also offer a 6-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programme (CBT-i) for people who have been diagnosed with insomnia. I obtained my CBT-i training through the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine (RLHIM).

Working with Angela has greatly helped me in a number of ways. Primarily by helping to re shape my past self destructive habits and form a much healthier long lasting relationship to how I eat. In addition it has been engaging and highly informative regarding healthy foods to try, and which foods keep you fuller for longer. I initially wanted to learn to eat healthily and lose some weight through the programme, but Angela helped me realise that my concerns were deeper than that. I realised that my goal was really to be more in control. And yes, ten weeks in I am eating healthier and have lost some weight.
