I am very pleased to offer my health coaching services to your workplace to support you and your staff in exploring and incorporating lifestyle changes, both in your personal lives and work lives. Having a happy and energised workforce can positively impact aspects of work such as morale, productivity, attitude and absences.
What I can offer:
Individual sessions, either 1 hour or half day workshops at which fundamental lifestyle factors are covered, for example sleep, nutrition, stress management, habit change. These sessions have an element of knowledge sharing, but also some interaction or experience so that staff leave the session feeling empowered as well as rejuvenated.
I am also happy to discuss how I can help with bespoke single sessions or coaching programmes: these will be designed with you, and around the areas you would like support to improve your workplace wellness.

We had Dr Angela in our company for a talk about healthy eating and healthy habits. She has tremendous knowledge and amazing public speech skills. It was a great team building idea to have her and I already can see in my office how people are making conscious choices about what type of food they eat.
